Built in the 1920's this Grade II listed building sits opposite Bloomsbury Square Gardens a short distance from Holborn. The building has gone under extensive refurbishment and now comprises of approx 300,000 sq feet of prime office and retail real estate.

Lighting solution

The 3rd floor has been refurbished to a high standard using the DiLED SAS330 Linear luminaire with Rax 150 downlighters to the perimeter, WC's and common areas.
