Project description

University of Westminster - FABE Studios is based at the University of Westminster on 35 Marylebone Rd, London NW1 5LS. The project comprised the refurbishment of FABE (Faculty of Architecture and the Built Environment) Studios' main area and classrooms. The areas were fully reconfigured and extended. Two floors were fitted out to with new raised floors and ceilings to maximize height on the floors. The services provided on all floors included a new lighting scheme.

Lighting solution

The suspended Infinity LED Systems and track-mounted LED Spotlights were chosen to meet the requirements for the lighting solution. Riegens worked with the consulting engineer CBG Consultants and the University of Westminster to develop the refurbishment of the FABE studios for the main area and classrooms lighting.
