Project description

BCD Travel Office is based in the 6th floor of Broad Street House at 55 Old Broad Street, London EC2M 1GT. They are situated close to Bank in Central London. The project consisted the Cat A refurbishment of 6th office floors and main reception extension. The reception was fully reconfigured and extended. Both floors were fitted out to Cat A standard with new raised floors and ceilings to maximise height on the floors. On the office floors the services work included a new lighting scheme.

Lighting solution

Bespoke DiLED to fit SAS 130 panel (750x750mm). Flat-panel DiLED luminaire is furnished with an air handling capacity of 25 l/s. Riegens worked with the consulting engineer and property managing agent to develop the refurbishment of the 6th floor using LED for the main office lighting.
