Project description

AB Elektro is an electrical contractor based in Alta. They have been delivering electrical installations throughout North Norway since 1995, taking a genuine interest and pride in their trade. 

In response to strong growth, they have now moved into recently refurbished premises, and SG was chosen as the turnkey contractor for all outdoor and indoor lighting.

The Project owner’s description: “The building must demonstrate that professionals are at work here.”

Lighting solution

Outdoor floodlighting employs Langfoss luminaires, with Wax for walkways. Artes Midi and Fevik Asymmetric wall lamps are used on the facades. Stripline is also installed in exterior slatted walls, as in the indoor social area.

The foyer, communal area and social areas use Stripline, Zip Tube mini, Tube mini Pendant, Bell mini and midi, Soft Square, as well as Sense Round in various sizes. Above the staircase is a Sense 800, as well as Junistar Lux in the ceiling and Capella on the walls.

Offices and office corridors have Facet II TW and Sense round TW, while meeting rooms use Circulus Maxi, Molior and Inspire R. Arena Eco is used in the warehouse, while View and Disc are used in cloakroom areas.

The installer used DALI to provide full control of building management.
