40 Bernard Street is a modern office building in central Bloomsbury, opposite Russel Square on the north side of Bernard Street. The building has been refurbished resulting in, among other things, new east and west wings, a new south-facing roof patio and a fully refurbished main reception. Office space has been refurbished to a high standard with raised floors, air conditioning, suspended ceilings and new WC and shower facilities. 

Lighting solution

Riegens’ suspended Cirrus LED Direct/Indirect 36W 4000K, Cirrus LED Direct/Indirect 43W 4000K and recessed DiLED III 300 x 1200 SAS330 42W LED 4000K Linear in plasterboard were used on two floors. Cirrus is an ideal lighting solution for office interiors – as is the case at 40 Bernard Street. DiLED III’s high performance offers visual quality and energy saving attributes.
