30 Coleman Street in central London is located just off Gresham Street, near the Bank of England and several shopping areas and stations. The building’s common areas – including the reception area and WC facilities – were extensive refurbished. The 2nd floor has been comprehensively refurbished according to Grade A office specifications. 

Lighting solution

SG supplied DiLED III 300 x 1200 SAS330 35W LED 4000 K and DiLED III 600 x 600 SAS130 35W LED 4000 K modular luminaires for the refurbishment of a single floor. SG’ lighting solution matches the other refurbishment works, including new air conditioning, suspended ceilings and raised floors. This lighting solution provides ideal energy savings while simultaneously offering visual quality and aesthetics.
