120 New Cavendish Street has recently been acquired by the University of Westminster. This 32,500 sq ft building was constructed in the1990’s to a high specification and refurbished with Riegens DiLED Linear.

Lighting solution

This refurbishment has seen the Riegens DiLED Linear SAS330 luminaire installed using the low glare microprism optic. This luminaire also accommodated the air handling requirement of 30 l/s. RAX200 downlighters were supplied to circulation spaces whilst Concido 100 downlighters were installed into WC's.
